This tea is crafted entirely from one bud and one leaf plucked from 300–500-year-old Shan Tuyet ancient tea trees, grown at altitudes between 1,800–2,100 meters in Vietnam’s Northwest highlands.

Harvesting → Pan-firing → Sun-drying → Compressing into cakes → Microbial fermentation

Ripe Co Moc Tea has a natural woody aroma with a clear reddish-brown liquor. Its taste is smooth and mellow, with a natural sweetness and no bitterness or astringency.
Perfect Brewing Method for Ripe Ripe Ancient Arbor Tea:
Rinse the teapot and cups with boiling water before brewing.
Use 5–10 grams of tea for a 150ml teapot.
Brew with water at 90–95°C (194–203°F).
Steep for 1–3 minutes, depending on your preference for a light or strong brew.
Pour out all the tea from the pot. Let the leaves rest for 1–2 minutes, then refill with water. A single pot can be infused 8–10 times.
