What is Raw Ancient Arbor Tea – Pu-erh Tea?
Raw Ancient Arbor Tea is a type of tea that undergoes natural microbial fermentation, thanks to the action of bacteria and yeast present in the tea leaves. Because of this full biological fermentation process, it is classified as fully fermented tea over time — although initially, the raw version (sheng) is unfermented and develops complexity through natural aging.
Co Moc Tea is crafted from 100% “one bud and one leaf” harvested from 300–500-year-old Shan Tuyet ancient tea trees, grown in the highlands of Northwest Vietnam at elevations of 1,800–2,100 meters.

Ideal Brewing Method forRaw Ancient Arbor Tea:

Rinse the teapot and cups with boiling water before brewing.

Use 5–10 grams of tea for a 150ml teapot.

Brew with water at 90–95°C (194–203°F).

Steep for 1–3 minutes, depending on your preference for strength.

Pour out all the tea. Let the leaves rest for 1–2 minutes, then refill with water. One pot can yield 8–10 infusions.
