At Tea Point 37, we’re committed to delivering your premium teas and tea accessories quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping times, costs, and related information.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer shipping within the United States and to select international locations.

International Shipping
Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for orders containing tea accessories.
Some international destinations may have restrictions on tea or herbal products. We recommend checking local import regulations before ordering.
5. Delays and Lost Packages
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
Carrier issues
Weather conditions
Customs clearance (for international orders)
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at contact@vodpariz.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Local Pickup
Currently, Tea Point 37 does not offer in-person pickup from our Lanark, IL location. All orders are shipped.
