Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Please note: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used tea products unless the item is defective or you received the wrong item.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or partially used tea

  • Perishable or customized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items marked “final sale”


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item**, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund, and we may cover return shipping depending on the situation.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process:

  1. Email us at contact@vodpariz.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us at the provided return address.

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items only. If you wish to exchange for a different item or variation, please initiate a return and place a new order.


7. International Orders

For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and any import taxes. We recommend confirming product selections carefully before ordering.
