How to Brew Ginseng Oolong Tea (Taiwan)
You Will Need:
Tea: 8–10 grams per 200–250 ml of water
Water Temperature: 90–95°C (avoid boiling water to preserve aroma)
Teaware: A teapot or gaiwan, strainer (optional), and small tasting cups
Brewing Steps:
