Eight Great Shan Premium Tea
Bat Dai Shan tea can be steeped up to 15 times, with each infusion revealing a new layer of flavor. From the very first sip, the unique and delicate sweetness of this ancient tree tea will leave a lasting impression.
Perfect Brewing Method for Bat Dai Shan Tea:
Rinse teapot and cups with boiling water before brewing.
Use 10 grams of tea for a 150ml teapot.
Brew with hot water at 90–95°C (194–203°F).
Steep for 5–10 minutes, depending on your taste for strong or light flavors.
Pour out all the tea in the pot. Let the leaves rest for 1–2 minutes, then refill with water. A single pot can yield over 15 brews.
