Co Moc Tea – Raw Pu-erh Tea is a type of tea that undergoes microbial fermentation through the activity of bacteria and yeast present in the tea leaves. This natural and gradual microbial fermentation process is what makes it a fully fermented tea over time.
It is made from 100% whole one bud and one leaf, harvested from 300–500-year-old Shan Tuyet ancient tea trees in the high mountain ranges of Northwest Vietnam, at elevations between 1,800 and 2,100 meters.
Production Process
Raw Co Moc Tea is produced through the following steps:
Harvesting → Withering → Kill-green (enzyme deactivation) → Rolling → Drying → Pressing into cakes → Gradual fermentation over time

Raw Co Moc Tea has a green appearance with deep green leaves, and over time, parts of the tea can turn reddish or yellowish as it ages.

How to Brew Perfect Raw Co Moc Tea
Rinse the teapot and cups with boiling water.
Place 5–10 grams of tea into a 150ml teapot.
Use hot water cooled to 90–95°C (194–203°F).
Steep for 1–3 minutes, depending on how strong or light you prefer.
Pour out all the tea. Stir the tea leaves and let them rest for 1–2 minutes, then re-steep.
One pot can be brewed 8–10 times, with each infusion offering a new flavor layer.
