Perfect Brewing Method for Thach Moc Tea
Rinse the teapot and cups with boiling water before brewing.
Add 5–10g of tea to a 150ml teapot.
Use water cooled to 80–90°C after boiling.
Steep for 1–3 minutes depending on your preference for stronger or lighter flavors.
Pour out all the tea water. Let the leaves rest for 1–2 minutes before adding more hot water.
Each brew can yield 8–10 infusions.
