How to Brew Bát Đại Shan Tea Perfectly:
Rinse the teapot and cups with boiling water before brewing.
Use about 10 grams of tea leaves in a 150 ml teapot.
Brew with water cooled to 90–95°C.
Steep the tea for 5–10 minutes, depending on whether you prefer a stronger or lighter taste.
Pour out all the tea from the pot, gently stir the leaves, let the tea rest for 1–2 minutes, then add water for the next infusion. One pot can be brewed over 15 times.
