Co Moc Tea – Pu-erh Tea is a type of fully fermented tea, achieved through microbial fermentation involving bacteria and yeast within the tea leaves.
It is made from 100% whole one bud and one leaf picked from 300–500-year-old Shan Tuyet ancient tea trees grown in the highlands of Northwest Vietnam, at elevations of 1,800–2,100 meters.

Production Process
Ripe Co Moc Tea goes through the following steps:
Plucking → Withering → Enzyme Deactivation → Rolling → Drying → Accelerated Fermentation → Compression into Tea Cakes

Ripe Co Moc Tea has a woody aroma, a beautiful reddish-brown liquor color, and a smooth, mellow flavor that is sweet without bitterness or sharpness.

How to Brew Excellent Co Moc Ripe Pu-erh Tea

Rinse the teapot and cups with boiling water before brewing.

Add 5–10 grams of tea into a 150ml teapot.

Use hot water cooled to 90–95°C.

Steep for 1–3 minutes, depending on your preferred tea strength.

Pour all the tea out from the pot. Stir the leaves and let them rest for 1–2 minutes, then add water again. A single pot can be steeped 8–10 times.
