How to Brew Excellent Thach Moc Tea

• Rinse the teapot and cups with boiling water before brewing.

• Add 5–10 grams of tea to a 150ml teapot.

• Use water cooled to 80–90°C.

• Steep the tea for 1–3 minutes depending on whether you prefer a stronger or lighter taste.

• Pour all the tea from the pot. Stir the tea inside the pot, let it rest for 1–2 minutes, then add water again. One pot can be brewed 8–10 times.
